CREATIVE PERFORMANCE was my chosen function this would need to be incorporated with the current Wi-Fi tower that need to form part of the community hub. The precedents that I have chosen explore various aspects

The Slovakian Broadcasting building from a function point of view provides an influence of bringing a message across, "broadcasting yourself" the upside down triangle shaped building hows a concert hall & offices is ideal for creative performance on any level.

The Nelson Mandela Youth & Heritage centre is a multipurpose hall that incorporates various aspects like sports hall as well as a resource centre this provides inspiration to incoporate the Wi-Fi centre into my hub of creative performance using internet & videos for broadcast the community development.
